Browser Help

If you're having problems logging in or accessing basic functions, there might be a problem with your browser.

We support all modern browsers, but recommend and support Intenet Explorer version 6 or later. If you have an older version, or are unsure, you should upgrade to the most recent version.

You need to have javascript installed and enabled to use the March Vision Care website.

Security

You need to have 128-bit security installed in your browser to access the March Vision Care website. We do this to provide maximum security and privacy to our patient's information.

Members and Employees


I did not receive a registration email with my password.

Check your bulk mail or junk mail folder to see if your anti-spam filters have incorrectly sorted your registration email. Occasionally the registration email from March Vision Care can be incorrectly labeled as unsolicited commercial email by your email provider.

Who is the covered member?

The covered member is the person who is enrolled in the plan and eligible to receive covered services. A covered member may also include dependents enrolled under the subscribers plan.

What is my member ID number?

Your ID number may be found on the subscriber’s ID card.

Does March Vision Care’s provider network include optometrists as well as ophthalmologists?

March Vision Care offers a national provider network of private practicing optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians as well as some of the nation's leading retail chains.

How can I find a March Vision Care network doctor?

Finding a March Vision Care network provider is easy. You can either access the ‘Locate a Provider’ function on the MVC website, www.marchvisioncare.com, or CLICK HERE  for our toll-free phone number listing and we will be happy to assist you.

What can I do if my eye care provider is not part of the March Vision Care network?

If you were unable to locate your vision care provider of choice, you may refer him or her to the March Vision Care network by contacting Member Services or by submitting your request via email at:

California residents: referproviderca@marchvisioncare.com

Non-California residents: referprovider@marchvisioncare.com

Please be sure to include the provider's name, office location and telephone number with your referral. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact your provider to determine if he or she is interested in joining the March Vision Care network. You will be notified via email when your provider has completed this process.

Please note that while we make every effort to recruit your provider as quickly as possible, it may take 90 -180 days to complete the process. If you have an immediate need for vision care, please see a list of providers available to you today at www.marchvisioncare.com.

Can I purchase an individual plan if I don't receive vision insurance through my employer or health plan?

At this time, March Vision Care is only available through employer groups.

What Language Assistance is available when I’m in my Provider’s office or from the March Vision Care?

Language and Communication Assistance for California Commercial Members:
IMPORTANT LANGUAGE INFORMATION: You can get an interpreter to help you talk with your doctor or health plan. To get an interpreter, please contact March Vision Care.
