Refer a Provider

If you were unable to locate your vision care provider of choice, you may refer him or her to the March Vision Care network by contacting Member Services at (888) 493-4070 or by submitting your request via email at:

California residents: referproviderca@marchvisioncare.com

Non-California residents: referprovider@marchvisioncare.com

Please be sure to include the provider's name, office location and telephone number with your referral. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact your provider to determine if he or she is interested in joining the March Vision Care network. You will be notified via email when your provider has completed this process.

Please note that while we make every effort to recruit your provider as quickly as possible, it may take 90 - 180 days to complete the process. if you have an immediate need for vision care, please click here to find a list of providers available to you today.
