March Vision Care uses eyeSynergy®, a proprietary web-based software application as the platform for its member verification, claims submission and status processes. eyeSynergy® is available free of charge to all March Vision Care contracted providers.

Language and Communication Assistance

IMPORTANT LANGUAGE INFORMATION: You or your Commercial Member may request an interpreter to assist during an appointment. To get an interpreter, please call March Vision Care at 888-493-4070, or 877-627-2456 TTY (teletype). Please call during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm). Assistance with translation of written information is also available.
